Every order that is placed we process it manually and no order is sent out automatically like other marketplaces, for security and quality reasons.

We process and send out orders from 4AM – 9PM EST, and when you place an order during that timeframe, it usually takes 15-20 minutes for us to process and send out your order, after doing our due diligence mentioned below.

You have full control over the account after purchase, you can change the email & password along with other security information you want to change.

After Sharing the subscription on the new account, you can disregard this account from now on and sign back in to your “Own/Main” Account and start playing games & progress them again normally as you would on you account.
