Warranty is lost if you attempt to make any changes to the PlayStation or Xbox account we sent you after placing your order, including changes to the ‘E-Mail, Password or Online ID’, Warranty is lost if you choose “PS4” before checkout and then activate the product on a “PS5” or a different console & Vice Versa, in case you want to pay the difference and rectify the mistake and place an order for a PS5 subscription, an extra charge of 3EUR will be added on top of the ‘difference of amount’ between PS4 & PS5 subscription activations

Due to the way digital products work we cannot process refunds once an order has been placed, in case you bought a ‘Physical Product’ from us that requires shipping, please reach out to us through our Contact Us page so we can resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Purchased User Accounts are non-returnable and non-refundable, provided, however, that if a User Account does not function, we may, in our sole discretion, either refund you the User Account purchase amount or replace the defective User Account with an alternative User Account or with products or services of equal value.

a) All games come with a LIFETIME warranty. However, altering the login ID (email) of the game account or enabling 2-step verification or the Passkey will void this warranty.
b) If the game is purchased for resale purposes, the warranty lasts for 15 days from the date of purchase.
